As well as the exciting attractions in the main and secondary rings, visitors to the show will be able to enjoy getting up close and personal with a variety of exhibitors.  This is a perfect opportunity to find out more about specific breeds of pony and horse, or disciplines such as side-saddle riding.  You'll be able to meet a variety of horses and ponies, and ask questions to people who care for them.  If you're considering a family pony, or just want to find out more about the wonderful Welsh heritage of ponies and cobs, then you'll enjoy this part of the day.  A variety of groups and associations will have exhibitions, some with ponies and horses, but all with plenty of information and friendly, helpful people.

We are very pleased to welcome the Welsh Pony and Cob Society, who will be having an exhibition area as well as participating in displays in the ring.

The Highland pony is going to be represented by the Highland Pony Enthusiast Club.  The club encourages and promotes the Highland Pony breed; demonstrations will show the versatility of the ponies and give the public an opportunity to find out more about one of Britain's native breeds. Shown below are some photographs of the Highland pony in a variety of settings and activities.
